lovely stay close to main attractions
secure area helpful staff complimentary wine short walk
i appreciated the location a short walk to the academy and cathedral the staff provided a packed breakfast for my early flight. the area felt secure with several trattorias nearby. the complimentary afternoon wine in the courtyard was a nice extra
the room lacked tea or coffee making facilities i found housekeeping inconsistent damp towels were occasionally left behind. used toiletries were replaced sometimes without removing the old ones this meant i had a bit of clutter

The front desk offered great customer service. Staff helped me with directions and restaurant recommendations. I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made sightseeing easy. Breakfast had good variety and fresh options.
The air conditioning in my room was not strong enough. The room felt warm during the day.

the breakfast had a good selection. the staff was very pleasant (always smiling!). the location was also convenient. it was a short walk to many major sites.
the room was basic. the window faced a shared inner courtyard. this limited privacy and natural light. i found no tea or coffee maker in the room.

cute staff included breakfast convenient location
i found the staff very cute and helpful. the included breakfast was nice with good variety. the location was convenient, near several attractions (i visited the Duomo). prosecco in the lobby area was a thoughtful touch.
soundproofing between rooms was not great. noise from the hallway was audible.
