i appreciated the location a short walk to the academy and cathedral the staff provided a packed breakfast for my early flight. the area felt secure with several trattorias nearby. the complimentary afternoon wine in the courtyard was a nice extra
the room lacked tea or coffee making facilities i found housekeeping inconsistent damp towels were occasionally left behind. used toiletries were replaced sometimes without removing the old ones this meant i had a bit of clutter

i found the staff very cute and helpful. the included breakfast was nice with good variety. the location was convenient, near several attractions (i visited the Duomo). prosecco in the lobby area was a thoughtful touch.
soundproofing between rooms was not great. noise from the hallway was audible.
